That's weird o.o... You should put in a ticket about the stuff you can't put into storage.

I stuffed in a ticket when they're still hugely backlogged on their password change thing and finally got a reply today. They do acknowledge the fact that those items should be account-bonded, not chara-bond, and said they'll notify a supervisor about it. :o
