Well I got mine back up and going right. I need a Firewire 800 to 400 converter. Found one on Ebay for under $10. I'm just waiting for it to arrive and I'm hoping before Friday

Hello Just read your post re Mac I am a mac user as well I love them once in a while they give me grief. Not finding a technician who really understands them.
