I stalker much in the wee hours...little__oneDecember 21 2007, 09:57:43 UTC
I was feeling nostalgic and started randomly googling names from the past... Here's to hoping that you don't mind me randomly stumbling into your lj.
So, wow, damn, you're back at Marietta. Craziness. I don't keep in touch with anyone from there, other than the guy I married (Nick Wedig, who was one class ahead of us) and the friend we dragged to Pittsburgh (Dan Kidder, a "townie"). And tangentially other local people from the area who were Nick's friends and/or relatives, only one of whom is still in the general area.
So, um, yeah, mind if I add you to the people I read?

Welcome, Amber! I do remember Nick well, and I don't mind at all. I am glad to hear from you, in fact, as I have been wondering about you as well, being in Marietta and all.
I have heard little news of you; just what you've told me so far. I take it that's your daughter with Cthulhu in that icon? Congratulations on your child! She looks adorable. :D
Marietta is more or less the same, and it's very odd being there again. The occasional difference jars me until I readjust to it. I'm quite used to seeing the new library construction grounds, for instance, but I still have to remind myself once in awhile that the old library doesn't exist anymore, sadly. I have a few good memories that were in there. The rest that are all over the campus keep me entertained, though.

Aye, she's a doll-baby. The picture was taken over the summer, so she's a bit older looking now, just turned 1, and I have a second (and final) child due at the end of May. Life is much goodness. I work as a manager @ Office Depot, Nick is a media tech for Carlow University (a tiny, previously all-girls school in Pittsburgh). We were back in Marietta for Sternwheeler this year, but really don't head down that way much. So I haven't really seen the changes to the campus.
Who do you still keep in touch with? How is your life?
