A) We met through mutual friends and I was impressed with the similarity of our tastes, your creativity, and your productivity. I don't regret it! I don't comment much, but I always read when I can. You're very prolific! B) I associate Harry Potter fandom with you most strongly, though I know there are other fandoms we both enjoy as well. C) You've got great taste. Amadeus? Sweeney Todd? The Phantom of the Opera? Awesome. Harry Potter, FMA, Pokémon? Great fun! The Picture of Dorian Gray, Lolita? Classics. D) I forget when it was, but we had a great conversation once. I tried to look it up in your comments, but failed, utterly! I'm embarrassed about how little I've participated in your journal now... I'll have to correct that. ^^; E) Maybe not "always," but: have you seen this 1982 version of Sweeney Todd on youtube? I'm trying to share the original cast as much as possible. F) The Prestige icon where it's the Wolverine/Batman debate. Of your many icons, I like it most!
Excellent! All I have seen is the 1982 version. I need to see both of those. The film was not playing near me, sadly, and I found only a part of the 2005 revival on youtube.
A) Because I'd been wanting to talk to you for years! XD We should talk more. B) Sailor Moon, so totally associated with you. And I still remember that photo of you, Carrick, and I, in the 1st floor hall of Marietta Hall. C) Just one? Hm. Your artistic side. I hope you've been nourishing it since MC! D) Good memories and sad ones abound, but our afternoon sessions of Sailor Moon, and our nighttime walks, and AD&D. Fake English accents. XD E) Recently: What's with "alternate thoughts" in your interests? Explain! Longer-desired question: How the heck are you? Explain! XD F) Serena hugging Luna. AWWWWW. (Alice cursing is also high.)
C) Welll . . . I'm not really talented arty . . . but I still draw tonnnnnes of pics of my D&D characters. ^_^ D) I remember one walk in particular when you introduced me to the all night bakery and we sat by the river and bs'd. Good times, good times. E) Recently: Alternate thoughts means to me anything that is looked at in a new light. Someone explaining something to me in a way that I would have never even dreamt of. I love pondering things and the more view points I have the better. Longer-desired question: Erm . . . I'm okays? ^_^ And by that I mean I've got a decent job, I've got larping, I've got kitties, who could ask for anything more? *jazz hands* ^_^
A) Because never say die! I have to thank you for not giving me up in my silent periods. B) I still have and remember vividly that photo of you, Tom, and Wade, looking cool and... shooting pool? I think that's what was going on. The one detail that eludes me. C) Your sense of humor; it was a major influence on me in the early days. D) I remember well the roleplaying we did in our alt-characters, with stories of royalty, assassins, thieves, and all the rest. Great times! The ceremonial scar Jebal received, for instance; or the swordfights. Of course, Marduk and Brer'Lappin, as well. Also, I remember playing Magic. We need to play again, with our old cards, perhaps, or on Magic Online... or something. E) are you ever going to come visit?! (Of course, the same could be asked of me... and I definitely would like to!) Oh man, I can't sell my Magic cards, I have to bring them along! F) You've only got the one! I'll have to see what I can do about that sometime. You could bring over the animated icon of your eyeblink...
A) Because you're brother Mitch! B) I associate a number of things with you, from X-Com (even though I've never seen you play it) to Phoenix Wright, and of course Mario Party. Go Team Princesses! C) I like your understated sense of humor, and your keen insight into absurd situations. You're a joy to be around. D) The refuge you gave in the first couple of weeks at Salem, and being my first friend there -- the start of all things awesome! I was so grateful. And of course, the summer of Jolt, where we got those cases delivered and spent days just playing video games, sleeping, and occasionally logging into our e-class. A treasured blast! E) WILL YOU WATCH THESE!?: here and there Yes, I have always wanted to ask that question. F) Single Female Lawyer: for the Futurama reference as well as Gyakuten Saiban. Double win.
A) ummmmmmmmDUH XD B) I associate a lot with you, from Yugioh to Irresponsible Capt. Tyler (thought I was gonna say Pokémon, eh?) Okay, Pokémon too. C) You make me laugh and you share my love of cute things. You helped me learn a lot about myself. Go, Chu, Go! So lots of reasons, I s'pose. D) I remember our improv roleplaying in the A&H coffeehouse event very fondly. "So was I!" XD E) COME VISIT XD (What do you mean, I have to frame this in the form of a question?) F) This is hard! There's the touching Iroh icon... and the cute dancing Mawile... and ZA ROKKU which is an injoke in an injoke, in Japanese... XD Also, Sai, and Tsutsui looking cute... but maybe best is Gandalf's QUIT DICKING AROUND. At the moment. It'll probably change with my mood later. RAMBLIN' (I'm tired.)
