$400/month including utilities sounds totally reasonable to me (but then, I grew up in Hendersonville, where every apartment is expensive). I don't know what that guy's problem was.

This is one of the cheapest apartments that I've found that's not in a ghetto and not based on income. Most of the other apartments in Goodlettsville are just as expensive as in Hendersonville.
