esther!!! it is so great to hear from you and your adventures in teaching small children. when I was coaching in mexico, there were so many times that I wanted to say, "SMALL CHILD, STOP!!" but they wouldn't have understood me anyways - not that that was anything new to them or me. and damn. sounds like you're surrounded by lots of interesting guys. send some my way, yea? the most excitment i've had is the river guide, a hot waiter at buffalos, and to a lesser extent, eric at work...none of which are going anywhere [not that i expected them to]. of course there's always my 5 year long crush who i can't stop mooning over. >.<

anyhow! i'm glad to hear your summer is progressing enjoyably. but if i don't hear from you more often, i'm going to assume that you just don't love me. and cry. by myself. in the dark. [feel bad!!] :D

without resorting to a dictionary it means something like:
"so will it be in 4 years, with the heart in the hand and passion in the leg, we will be the world champions"...i'm guessing it's a disappointed german football fan who's already waiting for the next world cup
anyway, i could turn this around on you and ask why haven't you kept in touch with me? oh well, i guess we're just both bad at keeping in touch

by the way, that comment about judith really freaked me out; i read it when i was sitting out in the hall on duty and i actually gasped out loud and made the kids wonder what i was doing...thanks for that mini heart attack though, it really spiced up my night :)
