What is a chicken cosmo? I googled it and could not find any information about what exactly the sandwich consists of?

It's just a breaded chicken patty and shredded lettuce on a sesame seed bun.

So what is particularly different about that brand of chicken patty vs. any other? Seriously, would most folks really notice? I can't imagine that they haven't changed the recipe or the breading or anything in 26 years. What about the buns - haven't they ever changed? I'm also unclear why Penn state is the only organization in the country that buys chicken patties from this particular vendor - aren't they a pretty staple item for cafeterias? Heck, we even eat chicken patty burgers at our house fairly often (but on seedless buns or the kids complain).

I don't know. I will say that I have made home-made chicken cosmos and they're never quite the same.

Wow. No more chicken cosmos? I think it was something to do with the industrial breading they used that made them taste so...unique.

Wow... I mean.... wow. That may be the only thing I remember liking (and perhaps looked forward to?) in the commons. I don't know what they put in those things, but it somehow tasted better than any other breaded chicken patty I've ever had.

I guess 274k/year is not enough to be profitable?
