it sounds like you have found your zen. bravo. it takes buhddist monks decades to accomplish this.
And yes, grow. always grow. grow towards perfection, but never reach it. in some religions, humanity is not capable of perfection, in others, they are, but they never quite acheive it. so, the best bet is to believe in hope for perfection but believe in growth. relaxing, breathing, liveing, becoming and experiencing are all steps on this path. there is no time for irrelevant retrospect when you devote your life to these things, and to growth.
but don't listen to me. god knows you never do. just find your own path and walk it. it sounds like you're well on your way.
