I don't like to lead, but I often get put into that role for some strange reason. Maybe cuz I can raise my voice the loudest, I dunno.

I love to serve. Since we as Jesus-followers lead when we serve, I guess I'm a leader that way too... Drat, can't get away from leading...

the one thing i learned is simple.. holding someones mirror long enough will make you loose them, they will resent you for it.. and it isn't your job anyway.
they have to do it themselves.
