At college. I have Russian history to read and a religious studies paper to write and art history slides to memorize and I AM SO HAPPY. I'm eating an orange I stole from the dining hall today, yum

Great to hear from you as well! Where are you at college again? It is indeed quite an overwhelming change from the sleepy suburb I grew up in. How are things with you?
Wow does your life sound better than mine at the moment :)
Unfortunately there aren't any universities around here worth going to, so I'm still doing my own thing. This year I have to write a graphic novel and make a movie... which is turning out interestingly enough ;)
Your own thing sounds pretty great. Are you illustrating the graphic novel or just writing? And what is it about? Also, a movie -- What kind of crazy education are you giving yourself!
Are you planning to go to college in the US next year, or are you going to continue your own path?
Well I'm Canadian, anyway. As for university, god knows when and god knows how :P
Yeah, I have to illustrate it too, which should be tough. It's called God, Inc. It's a futuristic satire of bureaucracy and commerce controlling the world.
Oh my darling. Letters, yes. I don't want to post my full name but you know it, so here's the rest of my address:
Brown University Box 1173 Providence, RI 02912-1173
What's yours?
(And INCIDENTALLY, if anyone else is reading this and wants to mail me a letter or postcard or something, DO! I love getting mail. And if you include a return address I'll definitely reply.)
Yes yes yes do tell me about college -- I'm going to hold you to your word!
I'm pretty sure you have my full name, so for letters/postcards/etc (not larger packages) just add it to:
PMB C 448 Commons Lobby College Station, TX 77840
(And, same here people--if you want to spend postage on me, go for it!)
As for college, it's great. I'm in love with the campus, and am in a few different organizations: Orchestra (again, finally!), Aggie Guide Dogs any Service Dogs (we train them), and the Pre-Vet Society. I haven't made any close friends yet, mainly it's just acquaintances from class, but Brayton and I are still going strong and his buddies are great. It's like having tons of older brothers.
The classes are interesting, of course, though I'm jealous that you're taking Russian! I'm hoping to speak to my adviser this month and just plan out my schedule for the next five semesters--I want to get all the pre-reqs for Vet School done and hopefully get accepted after my sixth semester rather than my eighth, so it needs some planning, plus I'm just curious/excited about what's coming. And I can't

We need to write letters, Tess.
Tell you what, I'll reply to this post again later with an answer to your demand just as soon as I'm out of classes for the day. :)
