If birthdays are good for something, this is catching up with friends I had lost touch with; and, even though celebrating on Monday is not so easy (especially when not a single printer in the whole History college building wants to cooperate and print my paper at 9.00 am), several calls and messages lifted my mood and made it an special day.

Sadly, like you, I am extra-busy with school stuff this week. Hopefully next week will be milder, though I'm not too optimistic. At any rate, I'm glad that you're enjoying your anniversary, and I hope you manage to enjoy the clubbing on Thursday.

...Dublin? Sounds fun, but you should of course come to America instead. ;)

This book is lovely. I love the idea and the fact that you done it all by yourself (after half a year of intensive bookbinding class I know how long it can take :D) A great present!
