[ To her that practically screams the obvious in that she was a l'Cie, but... yeah, probably way too vague for here. She's just not too helpful when it comes to laying out her highly-forbidden abilities, for just any stranger who casually asks. ]

It seems everyone here has been stripped of any unusual power they possessed, even those they were born with. [He's unhappy about his own power being gone, but he won't mention it, and he has no choice but to bear with it.]

As for the new abilities we were given, I haven't heard of one like that, and in any case, the new powers are rather weak at this point. I don't believe anyone is capable of something so drastic, but if someone is, I'd be interested in learning more about it.

[ Not a very nice question, but Lightning keeps her tone even. What she could do doesn't really make for a story you tell a youngster you don't know, at least from her point of view... and yet she's not really willing to lie about it, either. ]
