Ah - there are a few coffee and tea houses in the city, but the biggest is probably in Odin.

[Her face disappears behind a copy of the map they were given upon arrival, but this one is bristling with dots and cramped notes in two languages (Japanese and the shared Asgard language) about every business in the city. Her hand moves into frame to point to a particular dot in Odin district, beside which is written Hrafn. Large tea house, broad selection of drinks.]

It shouldn't be too hard to find.
