heyy good job so far!!! mine went pretty well yesterday, i just had most of an apple, a few bites of salad...and kinda ruined it w/ a cookie we made in foods class but it was all still under 250ish i forget the exact amount but then i worked off a bunch in gym and field hockey practice. had some green tea this morning and only planning on a rice cake or two before my game today. i'm down to 101!!!! thats the lightest i've been in QUTIE a while!!! good luck today
