The Notebook

Against all of my, "beliefs", I watched The Notebook with my mom tonight. I don't even know why I never watched it before... becuase it doesn't make me bitter, instead it gives me hope. The Notebook was the first movie that I have seen in a long time and actually thoroughly liked. I think it may even top my favorite movies list. I want to be loved

i remember why you dont like it. and i could see how i might not also, if that is how i were to see it. did you ever see it, or did you just hear about it? i know before you were reading about it and what not...

well, if you do see it, or if you have, i think that its completely different than the reasons what you hate it. because you see, in the movie, their love is so strong and they dont do things to eachother to hurt them. (im talking about him not you) if you know what im saying.
and it molds into lifelong growing old together stories, it is really beautiful.

my first love is the same as your first love... but to tell you the truth, the story didnt make me wish he and i were that way at all. instead, it gave me something to look forward to int he future... maybe a sense of opening up a little but more to changes and people.
