It's not the angel/demon storylines I dislike, it's the inability of the showrunners to get to grips with them and do something decent with them. I mean having Heaven brought into the equation in Season 4 was a brilliant move - angels were dicks; powerful and in many ways, unpredictable creatures, and their agenda/s spiced up the overall arc beautifully ( ... )

Agreed - trying to capture the magic and cohesion of S1-5 but lacking the ability to make overarching, long term storylines. Not easy I'm sure.

Still, there's plenty of magic between the boys. :)

Hello! Glad to hear your still watching--nice to see your name pop up! :) Yes, the plot leaves something to be desired, but I will watch Jared and Jensen to the end!

And regarding the vid idea below - sadly, I think my vidding days are over. It's not just the lack of time and inspiration, it's that I will have to teach myself how to use a new vid program and all my footage would have to be reconfigured. I'll not say never - because if the urge ever becomes so big I just HAVE to (like when I started vidding) - then there might be one more in me yet. :)

Yes to your thoughts- me too! I am along for the ride it is just different for me now. I do like how Sam has been written this season- and I like Jack.

Lovely to see you, now dust-free! I agree with a lot of what you've said about the show, and that the reason many of us are still watching is - and always has been/will be - the relationship between the Winchesters and the chemistry between Jensen and Jared. As you put it "Their on screen chemistry is still amazing and I hang out for those moments." I think we got a few of these in the new episode - I loved Dean's reaction to Sam's beard! I am excited to see what S14 brings us and hopeful that the Deanael storyline will get more interesting.

It's a little dust free. I have a feeling it might start accumulating dusk again soon...

There have been some nice moments between the brothers. Dean's reaction to Sam's beard was hilarious - as was Sam's "some people say I look good!" :D

The lighter brother moments are lovely - as are their meaningful talks.
