so far Jusco and Tesco are probably the most environmental conscious. Jusco advised people to not get plastic bags, they're on request only, especially for small items and Tesco has a point system where they deduct money from your total based on how many tescobags (reusable canvas/plastic) you use. or something.
Maybe you could roll up a canvas bag into your handbag? i don't think you'll have to stow handbags..but i had to put in my laptop bag this one time. had to dump my valuables into a buddy's handbag. assholes. takda sapa nak curi punya la!
and a lot of people think they're cheap but they're not. if you compare prices, sometimes Jusco/Tesco are cheaper. and that place is such a fire hazard. everything is just stacked on top of each other. with all the people in there? if anything happens..it'll be a disaster.

I have both tesco and mydin card-I tell you, mydin's card is useless.I had to pay rm12/year and so far I get nothing. As for Tesco,I've received countless coupons. How are we suppose to support Malaysian's store when their service is LOUSY?..Sigh..
