I've got an issue. And I don't know how to deal with it in a polite way. You remember my prom dress? It's black on top and white with black flowers on the bottom [and its really pretty.lol.]? Just tell her the truth i guess. that it means to much to you and that you don't want it getting hurt :( like the dress has feelings. lol

yeah. i guess you're right. i mean...it may be a dress, but it means a lot to me. it was my prom dress after all. lol.

Just tell her the truth. That it's a special dress to you and you wouldn't want to fault her if anything where to happen to it

I like their idea: just tell her you don't want anything to happen to it and you'd rather you mess it up accidently than her messing it up accidently. (And by the way, I remember your dress. Muy pretty!)
