Being mentally ready for CHANGE means everything. Examples?

If you break up with someone who you've been with for a long time but you haven't resolved it mentally first, you will cave and go back to them.. even if you aren't happy or "meant to be" with them.

You are totally correct in this and yet I've never thought of it that way. Maybe that’s the mistake I've made in the past when 've set goals for myself.

Awesome, way to go! The mental shift is definitely easier when there's consequences to keep you going. I often find myself dedicated for maybe two weeks, which isn't long enough to see results, but I'm so ambitious with various goals it's hard to stick to just one instead of shifting focus. I just realized the other day...while I used to do well with endurance challenges, I think somewhere I changed and became more of an 'intensity challenge' person. Figuring out how to make that work for my long-term goals will be a new challenge in and of itself!
