I hate it when charities cold call. Often when I don't recognise the caller ID I won't answer the phone but Justin Just got home from an overnight so I picked the phone up right away. As soon as I hear the "seller" talking I know that I will say no but I listen anyway, I don't know whether it is better to cut them off directly or to politely say

i hate sales people...they totally do my head in. unfortunately i missed a call from my health visitor because she witheld her number and i thought it was one of those people. you know those people always ring at the worst times.
