We decided to put an offer in on the house.  Justin went up yesterday to fill out the paperwork.  when he got there someone else had already put an offer in.  We put our in too so we will see what happens

we don't have a larder as such in our kitchen either, just cupboards and it works grand. i think you did the right thing...good luck.
