For all his grump, Oswald makes opinions of people pretty quickly. Curious what those are? Tag in to see!

Oswald on Nono?

Nono is the first person in camp that Oswald trusted -- which is NO SMALL FEAT orz. She jumped him at a good point where Oswald was completely confused with what was going on and with her admission to what camp is he was like: "OK, this girl is either crazy or is 100% accurate because she doesn't gain anything for lying to me." Nono's innocent nature and happy personality won out over craziness.

Oswald values Nono's insight and finds her interesting, if a bit naive. He will come to Nono's aid at a moment's notice if he ever hears that she's in trouble... which means that he'd be willing to cut through an army of zombies and/or campers for her. This is his way of expressing his like. :|b

THAT GUY.

This will probably come as a surprise, but Oswald is really weirded out by Nightroad!! But other then the wibbles he doesn't think he's too bad just... really strange. Sort of in the same way as getting a friendly hug from a bear or a lion. He'll probably get better over time, and will probably never attack Nightroad for it.

The talk certainly helped, as it allowed Oswald to believe that Nightroad's eccentric nature as harmless. Oswald definitely felt his genuine concern and friendly interest and does not suspect malicious intent (which Oswald is always watching for). You should definitely meet my wife! He'll follow her cues to further decide what to think -- so be on your BEST behavior. >3

Asch is sort of an in-betweener at the moment. On one hand he appreciates the help he's given him for his cabin, and on the other hand Asch's secretive and blunt nature has pinged Oswald in a bad way. Its not that Oswald suspects that he'll use the secrets of Alchemy to take over the camp or anything like that (phozons COULD be used to make a bomb if you have the know-how), but until he discovers with certainty that Asch does not have this in mind, Oswald isn't going to share everything. This sort of thing happens a lot.

Because of that, Oswald more or less sees Asch as a respectable acquaintance -- somebody who clearly has some strong good points, is a respectable person, but still not quite a "friend." The possibility is there, of course.

Sera and Oswald?

Oswald likes Sera a lot. He greatly enjoys their conversations. She has a calming quality that Oswald would normally not get from anybody other then his wife. There is a very good possibility he might come to her whenever he has relationship questions, as Oswald is kinda a social idiot and fails in most circumstances that doesn't involve killing something.

He sort of sees the same difficulties Sera has to face as the ones he had to, and wants to help her any way he can. But remember how I said he fails at most anything that doesn't involve killing things? He's trying though! o/

((On a side note, I thought you were asking me to give Oswald's impressions of "Cera" and was kinda confused for a bit because I knew he hadn't met the dinos. But that did make me think of his reactions to those two at camp too. Lets just say that Oswald kills more dragons then anybody else in his game and they probably shouldn't meet. 8D;; ))

((Though, thinking about it, he never attacked the dragons without a reason... so maybe they might be OK?))

Littlefoot at least is pretty nonconfrontational and cute! Cera might be more of a problem, I don't know.

Ahahahaha. Aha. There's a reason why I normally don't respond to First Opinion posts. It's because I already know what the other characters are thinking.

What can we say? Usopp is definitely one of those people that draws strong responses from people. As I'm sure you probably know, Oswald thinks that Usopp has a good heart. This is actually an encouraging thing because that's one of the hardest things for Oswald to believe. But, boy, weak weak WEAK... and talks way way waaaay too much.

What you may NOT know is that Oswald wants to train Usopp a little bit. Put a little muscle on his bones and a spine in his back. Guess that means you might need to worry about that shadow on your back, huh? 8D

((Actually he wouldn't attack straight forward but he might challenge you if he sees you.))

That might be a little difficult since Usopp's going to try to avoid you. We don't like the crazy guy with the sword who's reeeally touchy about things! Feel free to challenge again, just stick Usopp in his manly pride and he'll feel obligated to try to fight you again.

(By the by, sorry about that fight thread. I am not the best with those kinds of things.)

If anything, his wife being there will mellow him out to only quietly murderous. There's no reason to fear him. :]

(Its fine, fighting takes a few tries to get used to it. o/}
