Cafe Demois? I used to be employed there until just recently.

Though the manager is somewhat lenient, he tends to focus a lot of attention on small aesthetic details. Which doesn't do anything to explain why he would hire someone such as myself in the first place.

I decided that it'd be for the best if I switched to a job that was similar to the one I had back home. Additionally, most of the waitresses that I knew when working there have since left. It seemed the appropriate time to move on.

Yes, like the work uniforms and decorative flourishes on some of the more popular pastries.
