National Novel Writing Month. I've apparently lost my mind.

It looks like it would be fun in a totally insane way, but they really couldn't pick a STUPIDER month to put it in. :p

I've got like, two 10 page research papers due and four finals in the month of Novemember. I doubt I'll make it to 5,000 words, let alone 50,000. But I'll give it a try. :D

Yeah, end of first semester of fourth year makes me realize I really shouldn't do it. :p I'm crazy, but not THAT crazy. :p

I'm honestly thinking about doing it. I wanted to do it last year, but I never signed up and my project sort of went down the drain. *shrug* I got too obsessed with the word-count to take an interest in the story... I dunno.

If I get a decent enough plot in my head and plausible characters before November 1st I'll sign up. ^^ I'll be cheering for you, though! :D

Oh, you should. I doubt I'm going to get to the goal, but I've been meaning to take a chance a write a new story, and this seems like a pretty good way to motivate. :D

Oh yeah. Totally. NaNoWriMo is just the kick in the behind every slacking author needs. Seriously, I love it, the whole idea of it. ^^ And I'd love to read the story you get out of it later (even if it's only 1000 words! :D).
