so, single again. I'm not doing too well in my ATT class (for those who dont know, that is advanced technical stuff) yeah, series-parallel circuits are kicking my butt. but all's okay with that. i've got an awsome teacher who likes to help a lot so he's helpful. I also have my tall german friend to help me aswell. He seems to be getting this a lot ( Read more... )

I heard -hug- Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself, though. I don't know if I told you, my little sister joined the airforce... she's goung to be a linguist! If you think series-parallel circuits are hard, try speaking Arabic! hehehe. Actually it's Afghani, but eh. She's having fun, you're having fun, it's hard like they all said it would be, but you're strong like she is so all is well. -hug again- take care hun.

Congratulations on making it through basic. Way to go!

There is a CD-ROM that you can get for free that covers the NEETS mods (Navy Electricity & Electronics Training Series). One of those is all about series-parallel circuits as I recall.

Series-parallell circuits aren't that bad, just be sure to check your calculations carefully and doublecheck your work using Ohm's Law backwards the same way you would check an algebraic equation.

So what rate are you going to be? An AT?

Take care!

Heya Cavmn!!! Long time since i talked to you! Actually i'm going to be an STG. i even know where i'm going for "A" and "C" school. I did finnaly get through series-parallel though. it was pretty good. got an 88 on the test. Now i'm starting analog circuits, just started with diodes, which are pretty much cake. ^_^ i hope to hear from you more, now that i've got internet, i'll be able to write in my journal much more offten.
