In all the cases I've read this semester, not ONE opinion has been authored by this fool. Piss or get the eff off the pot. I read an article about him in one of the journals, maybe the Minority Law Journal, and it just seems as if he's upset with being born brown. He complained about AA costing him high profiled positions in firms after graduating. He wears the crown of victimization while sitting on the bench of the highest court in the land.

I've read rumors of some Justices planning to retire, I sure hope he's one of them.
