I hear you. I think a lot of it has to do with, not necessarily having no one miss you, but the fact that as much as people would like to remain friends, it becomes increasingly difficult after high school. People begin to form seperate live from each other and it's painful but it's also a way to see who is really committed to being your friend.

It's a shitty time. Chin up.

i'm really sorry & maybe i'm a bitch for saying this, but: when you went away last summer it was your FIRST time going up to tech & now that its the second time people have become used to it. & the one's that just graduated this year are about to start their first year of college so they are caught up in missing things/friends too. i don't think you are a selfish person what-so-ever, but i think if you're getting pissed at people for not missing you/making time for you then THAT is somewhat selfish. like me, i work a lot & don't have time or energy to hang out every single day. & sometimes you make me feel like you just want everyone to drop everything just for you & just so you can feel loved. well, we all love you, but we have lives of our own. i work & i went to college last year, just not 8 hours away
