very very very very soon, Captain America just needs to figure out how to break it all to Reid. =3 I'm working on it now.

This is really sweet. I quite like the whole series, actually (I don't think I commented sooner), but I think this is my favorite installment so far. Poor Spencer -- and what a way for Hotch to learn!

ETA: Oh, while re-reading this, I noticed one inconsistency:

There was a silence before Emily gave a rather loud gasp, and Emily gave an even louder...

Um... I assume one of those "Emily"'s is supposed to be "JJ"?

I'm so happy you like it! And I'll fix that right away, unfortunately one of the pitfalls of being beta-less means small mistakes like that.
