i learned this weekend that i absolutely LOVE cheap champagne (andre, anyone?) -- and that it has a lot more alcohol content than i originally thought

Ash, I totally miss our cooking nights together too. :( those were the best days of my life. :(
But this soup looks INCREDIBLE! I'm printing it off now...and this is so great because I've been eating the same old crap every night for dinner...and I needed some motivation to make something new and interesting...so THANK YOU! :) :)
