Hmmm. A machine that is expected to reproduce conditions that existed during the first billionth of a second after the Big Bang at the birth of the universe and create mini-black holes that blink in and out of existence in a fraction of a second. Sounds pretty "wise" to me.......

I just wonder why they couldn't have built this in America. At least then if something goes horribly wrong it'll only destroy that portion of the world.
