GEORGE W. Bush said overnight that the Bible is "probably not" literally true and that a belief that God created the world is compatible with the theory of evolution.
"I think you can have both," the US president, who leaves office January 20, told ABC television, adding "You're getting me way out of my lane here. I'm just a simple president."

Come on, he's too easy a target to poke fun of. It's gotten a little *strained laugh*ish. At the same time, damn what a twit.
He could have stopped at "probably not literal" and been fine! by saying that, he's still consciously aware of some of the die-hard Christians that support him. Politicans can't be specific about anything, support is kept by being vaguely for or against something. However, it just gets a little "cringe-worthy" after.
