Though he appears to be a decent young man, I am still apprehensive about Elena traveling to another world in order to go on a date with an individual who can only be termed an alien. After our experience with Jenova, my ability to trust those from other worlds without knowing more about them is rather limited.

For her safety, I think it would be best if we were to pay a visit to this Paris. Without her knowing, of course, and in the most unobstrusive way possible. I believe that if we were to go incognito, as tourists perhaps, we would be able to keep an eye on the situation should it escalate beyond her ability to control it.

Sir, that has been on my mind as well. I do not trust him at all, unfortunately, but perhaps that is just myself. I do not like the way he adresses her after just one meeting. I understand.

While I trust Elena, I know how emotions can occasionally lead one to make decisions that would not be made if not under the influence of them. I do not want her to do something that she will later regret, just because the novelty of dating a stranger in another world has not yet worn off.

Let us meet tomorrow morning in my office. Though I do not know what people wear in Paris, I suggest not wearing a suit. Tonight I shall see what I can cobble together by way of disguise. I am going to have to do something about my hair...
