That was an unexpected development. I had assumed that at some point during the trial, there would be an attempt to free Reeve. I did not, however, expect some sort of attack on the city at large. I am glad to see that you are safe as well. The streets, I have heard, are very dangerous.

I could not say. Perhaps there is a new danger present in this city. Or it may have been done in order to save the life of a condemned prisoner. I do not know the cause, so I cannot give you an accurate assessment as to the motives behind it.
