What happened to the days when a boss would post a job add, and you would call the boss on their phone, and they would say "come in for an interview", and you would meed the boss, and they would say "well, you are a little under qualified, but I like the cut of your jib" and you would get the job

Yeah, that's a little odd. :oS Normally we do one round of interviews. Then it usually doesn't progress to a second round unless we are torn between 2 candidates......

LOL I could handle 3 rounds of interviews if I was actually interacting with a person... I've done the net followed by phone followed by person before, but 4 rounds?? and no person yet after round 3??

I have 2 friends working at ANZ and the interview process seemed a whole load easier.
Round 4??? Maybe a hidden Anvil in your Boxing gloves will get you through to round 5? ;)

Its like they are saying soooo you actually wanna work for us... you suuuuure you wanna work for us... so you're reeeeeallly sure you wanna work for us... wow to go through this much crap you MUST really wanna work for us...
