I just threw up. Thats usually a sign that my crohn's disease is flaring up in a bad way. Usually I end up going through big ordeals about it, and it always pisses me off. Everyone spends so much time going "Mike we want to help you, mike we will help you through this." And i always sit there wanting to shout "THEN FUCKING HELP ME INSTEAD OF
