yea he did, he went to court Tuesday and got 90 days suspended license, 3 days in a halfway house, he hos to go to some alcohol evalutation to maje sure hes not an alcoholic, but he can get out of that cause he already saw a shrink on base for that, 1500 in fines along with 75 for court costs and 275 for the halfway house. Hes mad cause this 65 year old guy who blew twice what he did only got 45 days no license and the fines. I was like umm this guy is older and should know better. But he thinks they gave him the full sentence cause hes in the military so whatever. He goes to halfway house on the 10th of June. He stays friday, saturday and sunday.
