Excellent. And yes, USPS is slower but Not UPS. UPS are bloody pirates when it coms to brokerage fees.

Just talk to Johnny the shipping guru for Utilikilt, He's going to ship my Kilt UPS but as a gift for services render, that way I get my kilt faster and it will not cost me half the cost I paid for the thing in the first place. Very cool indeed.

WARNING: Shipping something as a gift doesn't make it exempt from customs fees. Brokerage fees might be a different story, but when I worked at the post office, we saw customs charges on gifts all the time.

Yeah, that's happened to me in the past, too. But apparently they're putting the value at $1 as a huge apology for screwing up the order more than once and taking over two month about it, so we'll see what that does. I tell you, though, if UPS shows up at our door asking for a whopping tonne of cash, I will refuse it with impunity, and Utilikilt can damn well pay to ship it via USPS.
