Yup, my mom has read some JinKame. (okay, she's only read three).☺
Credit is all due to becroberts-san's superlative writing skills for her introduction to my "choice of lit" though.*l☺l*
She accidentally read one of her fic I printed and apart from commenting that she finds it "odd that something so well-written be so riddled with errors," the story was (nevertheless) hilarious and lovely. My sister had a blast explaining to her that NO, the story she has no typos and that Jin is exactly that. A HE.☻

I think it helps that mom's a lawyer.
Anyway, I'm just thankful that she didn't find my choice of (one) reading material offensive.
