It's my turn to call the magical landlord guy. Whee. I will get to hopefully find a break through and just be able to explain and understand easily. From the little bit that I remember and the roomies expierences his accent is very thick. Something tells me getting "kitchen sink doesn't drain" across isn't going to be hard

Having our own plumbing issues as of late (though our plumbing issues mostly caused by little boys) ... luckily Thomas is good with tools! :) Oh, and doesn't have an accent! ;) Good luck!
