Everything was pretty much normal, and I was getting bored when a group of kids came running up, saying something about a kid in trouble. Nothing wrong with naming your weapon, I'd say. Rekka and I are a good team.

PS: I'd avoid mentioning animals publicly. If the scientists see this, they might just take them for you and make them test subjects.

I want to say 'they wouldn't hurt a kitten, would they?' but considering the whole SOLDIER process, I guess I can't.

Exactly. Although I'm sure this doesn't apply to every scientist working here, some definitely don't seem to have any scruples using kittens.

Are pets even allowed at ShinRa? I've never heard of that.

Well, they're not allowed on the SOLDIER floor, at least (not that I would want one exposed to all the insanity that goes on here). I guess I'll have to help them find someone out in the city...

This is why I avoid kids: trouble. That, and they usually have something disgusting on them that they always get on you.

And while I have nothing against cats, I'm afraid my roommate likes to catch and eat small fuzzy things, so owning one is a bad idea.
