Washington state is looking to be a great place for housing/jobs right now. Lots of jobs and housing is cheeeeeap. I'm probably relocating to an area outside of Seattle later this year. Just an FYI! But I know you've done a lot of moving. Either way it's cheaper than Cali right now!
