"Starsky & Hutch" - aka "Paul and David" at the Hollywood Show
I am having a bad case of "real life smacking right between the eyes" right now, and barely able to see the screen through the fatigue. But, here is my tiny down payment on reflections from meeting our guys.
Venue: Waiting in line for autographs.
Position: Behind Nancy - strategically placed, so that I could watch David's reaction to his high school year book.
David's reaction: Priceless! He *laughed* and tilted his head and bantered a bit with our Nancy.
Paul's reaction from his nearby chair: *Curious look* a'la "what the heck is going on over there?"
Cut to: Nancy passing the year book to Paul and pointing out David in a picture.
Banter:
Paul to David: "The older you get, the more you look like your father."
David to Paul: "How would you know?"
Paul to David: "I met your father."
David to Paul: "Oh that's right, you did."
Paul to David: Loud laugh-very affectionate. "Asshole."
David to Paul: VERY loud laugh filled with amusement and friendship.
More later...truly...after the dust settles and I get my own self settled back in to work, timezone, all of that good stuff. And that includes reading flist entries, too! It won't take long to bounce back.
