Saturday: I spent six hours at the pharmacy tapping my toes, staring at my watch, biting my face, and of course filling prescriptions. Today was a good day. I finished most of my scanning and tagging before lunch break which meant the afternoon was going to be a breeze. Then, around 3pm, Mark (my long lost co-worker) came to visit so the rest of the day was spent catching up and joking around. This is why I'm a Curatorial Assistant and not a grocery store clerk. Chad and I spent an entire week together before he left for Camp Kickass. We ate too much, drove around town in the avalanche, watched movies (The Machinist=A ), and we spent two days at his parents' cottage. If that week didn't happen, July would be a very cruel month ( Read more... )

Still in the attic. My most recent duty is to scan our photo collection so that, in the near future, it will make its way onto the Internet for your viewing pleasure. Scanning away, I came across this photo of The Lasalle Theatre c.1960s/70s.
