thats how my family was, evrything they ate was natural, nothing cooked or made, it IS way healthier but super hard. plus could you really live without in n' out? i mean really?

if your serious about the gym im good to go.

they werent RAW, bur back when they lived in iraq back then thats pretty much how they lived.all natrual no artifical shit.
