The thing that shocked authorities was that they could tell that even though she was dying, she still was trying to crawl out of the gas-filled room. They noticed that as she tried to escape she made an effort to punch the window open, but it only left a crack in the glass

This creeped me out the first time I read it, which was on MySpace. This story is actually pretty good--I like how "it was unclear about what happened" after the window shattered, it added to the suspensefulness of the story.

In fact I'm using this story in a project for a class.
