Anyway, track went good last night. I broke 27 in the 200. Finally. And I got a new PR in the open 400 too. And I cannot wait until next year when we go down to AA and get to kick everyone's ass.

The meet went okay yesterday considering it never got warmer than 40 degrees and it was snowing. Once again. I got fifth in the 100. we got to run in the rain/sleet/snow tonight. it was just a little bit cold. i cannot believe they didn't cancel it. it was fun though. they cut the meet down a lot. we only ran the four relays and the open mile and 800. and long jump, triple, shot, and disc. so it was kind of a nice meet. nothing to stress out about. wish all of them were ( Read more... )

I had waaaaay too much I wanted to do yesterday and not enough time. Dad, Nise, and I went to Duluth for the day, which was really nice. I got two skirts, a t-shirt, a sweatshirt, and a tank top all for about $50. I can't wait for summer to come so I can wear it all. I am having withdrawals from not being able to run. But it's not torn, so I'm happy to take a few days off instead of a few months. Walking on it has not been going very well, but I'm gonna try to practice tomorrow.

Well, the track meet went well tonight. Besides the fact that I pulled my hip flexor and it hurts like hell. My 100 place (4th or 5th I think) wasn't too great, but I was happy with the time--13.0--which was really good for the first outdoor of the year. Heck, 13 flat is good for me at any time of the year.
