After throwing up for the second time at work yesterday at around 7:30 in the morning and as I was slowly sobering up from the night before, I began to think about moderation. i partially agree. of course with food, exercise, partying, spending and things of that nature should be done in moderation.

but i'm a firm believer in loving without holding back, even if it gets you in trouble. that's what life is all about, the ups and downs and learning from it.
if you're too afraid of going overboard all the time, doing something too much or too little and living your life at a constant pace, how boring is that? ever heard of living your life to fullest?
i love you to the extreme and that is real and i am not afraid of it! : )
