Last Night aikido rocked..its a lot more fun now that i can officially do the rolls...the guys cheered and clapped for me when they saw it..it made me feel great. Gareth said it was like night and day. And for the remainder of the night all i wanted to do was roll around the dojo. Terri leanoard (sp?) sensei was cool, we didnt do any techniques

Well it really wasn't about how to slit a man's throat. We used the tanto to demenstrate the movements. The movements are exactly the same rather armed or not. The tanto was there as a visulazation on what your movements should be. So if you could do it with the tanto, you can do it unarmed, exactly the same. :)
Great rolls, keep it up. Now get the backrolls down and you can wear your hakama :-P
