I made pancakes this morningafternoon. I don't understand how those breakfast places make them so perfectly round and flip them over without making a mess. I couldn't do it for the life of me! Now I have to clean up the mess I made..but I don't wanna

Bah...I hate making pancakes. I've tried only once or twice and ended up with a disgusting mess.
Then again, my cooking skills are on par with my advanced contortion skills...which is to say, nonexistant.
