I am so sorry this happened to you guys. I cant believe the guy didn't bother telling anyone that he might have doubts about the place when you called and put in for it!!! What a punk! That makes me mad. If he would have said something you could of at least had time to make a plan B. We are here for you and if you need anything you know we are just a phone call away.
Funny that it occurs to me this isn't nearly as bad as a hotel room mix-up that leaves us without a place at Dragon*Con.
I seriously LOLed at that. I'd make a comment about priorities, but I'd be having the same thought. :D

Panic is what you do one week out. (Or two days out when there's a hurricane headed straight at your city.) Two months... I've faith in you to find a new venue. They're out there. You'll find them.
Thank you. We're working on it... it just seems like most of the venues left are pretty much outdoor only, or outdoor heavy -- that's a problem when the weather could be anywhere from 32-85 degrees. And no alternatives for rain. Like I said, there's a reason.
